The research behind the system.
I've been deep in sports nutrition for five years. Reading studies, testing things on myself, tracking what actually worked. The further in I went, the more obvious it became: most athletes are leaving a lot on the table.
I came at this as an athlete. Two marathons as a teenager, 16 and 17, and lifting seriously for the past year and a half. I'm not huge. But I'm lean, I perform, and I got there by applying the same things I teach.
Things shifted when athletes started coming to me. First was a short and middle-distance swimmer heading to the 2025 World Aquatics Championships in Singapore. Five months out, he told me he had never really tracked how food affected his body. By race day, he could feel the difference each phase made. A national-level powerlifter came after that, then a handful of others. The EAC grew out of that work.
